ALIBI is rooted in the belief that beauty isn’t just how we look—it’s how we feel, connect, and grow.

ALIBI was dreamed up by Talia (owner) and Cleo (co-founder)—a response to the rigidity of the traditional salon world, and a desire to build something that moved differently.

Eight years ago, they found a two-story, century-old house and transformed it with their own hands.
What started as an idea became a haven.
A salon with no bosses, no central system—just independent artists, working side by side, each in their own rhythm.

The
COLLECTIVE
The COLLECTIVE is the heartbeat of ALIBI. Each artist brings their own style, their own tools, and their own way of showing up. They don’t work the same—but they choose to be here, side by side, shaping the space with what they do. That’s the energy you feel when you walk in.
EXPLORE OUR ARTISTS and find the one who fits.

ALIBI exists to provide intentional, affirming space for artists and clients to show up fully as themselves.
We are a collective built on autonomy, care, and collaboration— without hierarchy, gatekeeping, or performance.
We value quality not just in what we create, but in how we care— for our clients, our space, and each other.

We believe beauty is not neutral. Bigotry, racism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, or body shaming— in any form— has no place here.

This is not just a salon. It’s a house of becoming. A space where self-expression is protected, welcomed, and celebrated.
